The scientific project
The superimposition of climate, political, economic and social crises requires us to find ways of democratically thinking about a sustainable future. Recent scientific (through the #DemocratizingWork network) and political developments on a European scale underline the challenge of democratizing work to achieve this.
Our contribution: to design a measure of democracy on the scale of organizations: the IDO (Index of Democracy in Organizations).
Project milestones
Development of a prototype IDO index based on scientific literature
IDO index prototype testing, improvements, integration of initial results and finalization of thesis
Large-scale deployment and internationalization of IDO (post-doctorate)
An open science project
The project is being carried out as part of a doctoral thesis supported by IRISSO. It is the subject of a CIFRE agreement between AD CONSEIL and ANRT. All elements of the thesis are part of the open science movement and will be shared without restriction.

Scientific Monitoring Committee
The project is supported by a support committee, a deliberative body charged with accompanying the project, supporting its anchoring in the reality of organizations and facilitating its contribution to public debate. It is made up of organizations and experts.
